What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Our website does not directly collect personally identifiable data when you visit this site.

We do not embed content (like maps, videos, or ads) from other websites, that might track your visits to our website.

But we do use two services that will collect data. These are Google Analytics and EventBrite.

We use EventBrite embedded ticket order form ONLY on our Ticket page. EventBrite will use their own tracking systems to aid in processing your ticket order. You can see EventBrite’s privacy policy at: Eventbrite & Canada Data Protection

Website Analytics via Google Analytics

To help us learn how visitors use our website, we do use Google website analytics to track visits. Google Analytics does use cookies to help collect visitor data.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a website that sets ‘cookies’. A specific visit is identified by the combination of the browser and device used during the visit.

The data can include: what pages are viewed and when, how you got to this website (referrer), visitor IP address (i.e. the IP address of the connected device). However, that IP address is quickly anonymized by Google, and only the anonymized data is stored.

For this website, you can manage the use of non-essential cookies via our cookie consent or opt-out feature displayed at the bottom of each page. Once selected, the choice is valid for one year, and the consent bar will disappear. After one year, you will be asked to grant (or deny) consent once again.

You can choose to block all cookies from all websites, by changing settings on your browser. Please check your browser documentation for specific steps to take.

You can optionally choose to block all Google Analytics cookies (on all websites) by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
